ENVIRONMENTAL STUDENTS

Mentorship Program for Students

Foster Your Career and Personal Growth Through Mentorship

Mentorship is a powerful personal and career development tool that can enable you to achieve or exceed your career goals and aspirations.

Our Mentorship Program was created to give students the opportunity to obtain guidance to begin their environmental careers. It provides a forum for experienced environmental professionals and less experienced professionals to discuss personal and professional growth.

We understand the challenges that you face at the beginning of your environmental career and this program helps you navigate this important step in your career journey.

As a protégé, you can establish valuable connections with our EPts, who offer support and mentorship in environmental career preparedness. Both you and your mentor will have the opportunity to reflect on your experiences and the lessons learned throughout the process. The program’s many benefits help lead to success; however, it is up to both the mentor and protégé to have a clear understanding on the roles and expectations from both parties.
