Overcoming Imposter Syndrome: Building Confidence and Authenticity at Work

March 10 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

What if you could feel confident and authentic every day at work? Despite past successes, do you still have an underlying fear that you’re not quite good enough? Do you find yourself lost in the trap of comparing yourself to others? Are you feeling stuck in your career progression? If you do, you may have Imposter Syndrome (as over 70% of all working women do!).

Join ECO Canada and The Expansive Woman Project for this 60-minute training session, where you will learn to understand the root causes of your Imposter Syndrome and break the pattern of self-doubt and sabotage that has been holding you back so you can become the fullest expression of your powerful, expansive self.

Let’s come together, uplift one another, and embrace what makes each of us unique. When women support women, we rise higher—and we create stronger communities, more inclusive workplaces, and real, lasting change.
